You also have the option to have personal training sessions with me online. This is a great way to stay in shape and very beneficial to international clients and those who travel a lot and want to keep on track with their programs.

My personal training clients have differing goals including weight loss, general fitness, and specific goals such as marathon running, pre-natal preparation, post-natal shape recovery, charity cycle rides and body building.

What ever event you may be training for, I will be your personal motivator and cheer lead you along by giving you sound advice and encouragement right up to the big day.

When I found was pregnant again I carried on training with Ladan – we did a lot of running right up to the day I went in hospital. I had my second baby by Caesarean section but I was back into size 10 jeans seven weeks after the birth and within a year I was much leaner and lighter than before I was pregnant. I restarted training six weeks after the birth of my daughter and then I ran my first marathon!”

“I’m now a complete fitness nut, and, although I’m not planning to enter any more Marathons at the moment (though I’ve completed two and raised a considerable amount for charity) Ladan still runs with me twice a week and I can’t think of anything that will change that.”
